One of the most persistent, and underaddressed, problems in commercial robotics is that while robots today can execute isolated tasks reliably in controlled settings, they consistently break down on the long-horizon, context-dependent missions that real-world deployments demand.

Until recently, the industry's focus has rightly been on foundational capabilities: perception, manipulation, and mobility. Reasoning over long-horizon missions in dynamic environments is the next frontier — and it requires a dedicated infrastructure layer that today simply doesn't exist.

AlphaZ's ZETA (Zero-shot Embodied Thinking for generalist Autonomy) platform is a modular reasoning-over-action architecture that enables individual robots and robot teams to achieve human-level decision making in complex, dynamic, real-world environments. It solves this by combining cloud-based mission reasoning with locally-deployed, real-time risk estimation — giving robots the ability to understand context, anticipate failure, and adapt on the fly without disrupting or demanding retraining.

We are also excited to announce our participation at NVIDIA GTC 2026 as an exhibitor, where we will be giving an inaugural preview of our ZETA platform at booth #4014. We are delighted to be a member of the NVIDIA Inception program.

Central to AlphaZ's development infrastructure is NVIDIA Isaac Sim, an open simulation framework, which serves as the company's primary simulation backbone. AlphaZ has developed a novel integration of 3D Gaussian splatting with Isaac Sim, enabling the generation of photorealistic, high-fidelity simulation environments reconstructed directly from real-world scenes.

"One of the hardest problems in bringing physical AI to deployed robotics is closing the gap between simulation and real-world autonomy. Having helped build the Physical AI ecosystem at NVIDIA, I've seen how complex that pipeline is. What AlphaZ is building, photorealistic training with Gaussian splatting on NVIDIA Isaac Sim and a reasoning layer with their ZETA platform, directly tackles that challenge. It's a missing layer in the stack and that's exactly why I bet on them."
Amulya Vishwanath · Techable VC; ex-NVIDIA Robotics Leader, AlphaZ Investor

AlphaZ has developed a proprietary simulation pipeline built on NVIDIA Isaac Sim that dramatically accelerates training data generation for its reasoning models.

"NVIDIA Isaac Sim has been foundational to how we build and validate our reasoning models. Our Gaussian splatting pipeline lets us reconstruct real customer environments in simulation and randomize across them at scale. It's a core part of why our platform achieves 98%+ mission reliability in the field, and why we're shipping real-world performance today while others are still collecting data."
Sed Fakoorian · Founder & CEO, AlphaZ

AlphaZ also highlighted its work as an authorized partner of Unitree Robotics in North America. By integrating the ZETA platform with Unitree's highly capable and rapidly scaling robots, AlphaZ is able to deliver advanced autonomy solutions to a growing customer base, deploying its software on Unitree's reliable hardware across the North American market.

"AlphaZ has demonstrated exciting capabilities using our robotic platforms in real environments. Our versatile robots are designed to support a wide range of innovative use-cases, and we are pleased to see AlphaZ successfully deploying their ZETA platform on our customers."
Tony Yang · North America Director, Unitree Robotics

AlphaZ will be exhibiting at NVIDIA GTC 2026, connecting with partners, customers, and investors who believe the next frontier of AI is in the physical world. Visit us at Booth #4014 in the NVIDIA Inception area, San Jose, CA — March 16–19, 2026. To schedule a meeting, visit alpha-z.ai.
